2014-15:
Cross Country – Named the OVC Male Freshman Cross Country Runner of the Year … ran in EKU's top-five in every meet during the regular season, notably clocking a 24:25.5 8K against a loaded field at the Notre Dame Invitational in early October … became the fifth consecutive Colonel to be named the Male Freshman of the Year, joining teammates Amos Kosgey (2012) and Ambrose Maritim (2013) … earned second team All-OVC honors with a ninth-place finish at the OVC Championships, helping the EKU men win their ninth straight conference crown.
Track and Field – Scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships (15:09.83) … clocked indoor season best times of 4:19.23 in the mile at the Thundering Herd Invitational on Jan. 30, 8:31.33 in the 3,000 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invitational on Feb. 13 and 14:51.77 in the 5,000 meters at the Gladstein Invitational on Jan. 23 ... ran 4:03.98 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season.
