Cross Country – Clocked a personal-best 4K time of 14:46.00 at the EKU tri-meet finishing in fourth place… ran a 5K time of 18:08.20 at the ASUN Cross Country Championships… posted a 6K time of 22:23.50 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field – Posted a career-best 3,000m time of 9:43.30 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational… clocked a personal-best 5,000m time of 17:13.97 at the Music City Challenge.

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran a career-best 4K time of 15:03.2 at the dual meet against Morehead State finishing in third place… clocked her personal-best 5K time of 17:50.5 at the Furman Invitational finishing ninth overall.
Track and Field – Posted her career-best 3,000m time of 9:50.12 at the ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships finishing ninth overall… ran a personal-best 1,500m time of 4:35.69 at the Clark Wood Invitational earning an eighth-place finish… Finished fourth overall in the 3,000m steeplechase event with a career-best time of 10:37.1 at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships… clocked her personal-best 5,000m time of 17:32.05 at ASUN outdoors with another top 10 finish.

2020-21
Cross Country – Finished 17^th at the OVC Cross Country Championships in March.
Track and Field – Won bronze in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships, clocking a personal-best time of 10:41.8 … also ran a PB of 18:09.9 in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Championships, finishing ninth … recorded personal-best times of 4:39.4 in the 1,500 meters and 10:12.7 in the 3,000 meters during the outdoor season.


2019-20
Cross Country – Competed at the season-opening Queen City Invitational in August, finishing 35^th with a 5K time of 19:04.1.
Track and Field – Did not compete.


2018-19
Cross Country – Competed at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships, finishing 140^th overall with a 6K time of 22:17.3 … ran a season-best 6K time of 22:14.4 at the Penn State National Open.
Track and Field – Scored points at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a sixth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:10.2) … ran the second-fastest steeplechase time in the OVC during the regular season, a personal-best11:01.07 at Louisville’s Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational in late April … also ran a PB in the 1,500 meters (4:47.9) during the outdoor season … finished 11^th in the mile at the OVC Indoor Championships in February (5:14.2) … ran a personal-best 5:12.7 in the mile during the indoor season.

Prior to EKU: Competed in the German U-20 championship on multiple occasions ... holds personal best times of 4:43.74 for 1500m (indoor); 17:48.06 for 5,000m; and 10:54.11 for 3000m steeplechase.
