2009: Won an individual OVC title in the 400 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running a 47.50 in the finals … was ranked as high as 16th in the country in the 200 meters during the season … placed third in the 100 meters at the outdoor championships in 10.87 … finished second in the 200 meters at the outdoor championships with a time of 21.53 … qualified for the Mideast Region Championships in the 200 meters and 400 meters, placing 11th in the preliminaries of the 400 (47.52) and 17th in the preliminaries of the 200 (21.32) … took second place in the 200 meters (21.72) and third in the 60 meters (6.84) at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships … placed third in the 200 meters at the talent-heavy UK Rod McCravy Invitational with a time of 21.55 … in just his second meet of the indoor season, won the 60 meters (6.86) and the 200 meters (21.65) at the IU Hoosier Hills Open … took second in the 100 meters at the NC State Raleigh Relays with a time of 10.61.

2008: Named OVC Male Track Freshman of the Year after winning the 100-meter dash (10.39) and the 200-meter dash (20.68) at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … his 20.68 in the 200-meter dash set a new school record in the event … was named OVC Track Athlete of the Week for Apr. 29 after he placed third in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash on Friday at the prestigious Penn Relays with a time of 10.51. The next day, he finished eighth in the finals against some of the top athletes in the country … he also won OVC Track Athlete of the Week for Apr. 1 after he won the men’s 100-meter dash in a loaded 70-man field at the North Carolina State Raleigh Relays with a time of 10.52 … burst onto the scene immediately at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships where he won the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.38 … he also won the 200-meter dash at the indoor championships with a time of 21.71.
