2025-26
Cross Country – Finished 30
th out of 259 competitors at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to earn All-America honors … his performance helped the Colonels take ninth place, the best national finish in program history … finished third at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships … won the individual title at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a conference championship 8K record time of 23:16.9 … led the Colonels to their fourth consecutive team conference championship … was named ASUN Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year.
Indoor – Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3,000 meters … did so by running a school-record time of 7:40.56 in Boston on Dec. 6 … won gold in the 3,000 meters at the ASUN Indoor Championships.
Outdoor – Named honorable mention All-American in the 5,000 meters after finishing 22
nd  at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene … punched his ticket to Eugene by finishing third at the NCAA East Prelims in the 5K with a personal-best time of 13:30.21 … that is the second-fastest time in EKU history … took silvers in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters at the ASUN Outdoor Championships … ran the second-fastest 1,500 meters in school history (3:39.48) at the Wake Forest Invite in April.
2024-25
Cross Country – Competed in three races … finished 2nd at the ASUN Championships in the 8K (23:35.0).
Indoor – Competed in six races … won the mile at the Dr. Sander Scorcher (3:59.93) … placed 2nd in the 3000 at the ASUN Championships (7:53.43) … set personal bests in the 1500 (3:38.53) and the mile (3:54.15) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.
Outdoor – Competed in five races … set a personal best in the 800 at the Jim Green Invitational (1:50.66), placing 3rd … finished 4th in the 1500 at the ASUN Championships (3:42.74).
2023-24
Cross Country – Ran a personal-best 8K of 23:43.1 at the Virginia Invitational … won the ASUN individual title (24:05.9) … posted a personal-best 10K of 29:19.2 to place 10th at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Indoor – ASUN mile champion (4:01.19).
Outdoor – Won the 5000 at the Stanford Invitational (13:36.76) … ASUN outdoor 1500 champion (3:45.80).
Personal: Son of Hassan and Fatiha … has one brother (Mohammed) and one sister (Rajae) … enjoys soccer and swimming … chose EKU for its strong reputation in exercise and sport science and the opportunity to pursue both academics and athletics at a high level … majoring in exercise and sports science.
