2025-26
Cross Country - Led the Colonels in his 2025 debut at the Gans Creek Classic, finishing 31
st in a time of 23:07.3, a new personal best over 8K, moving up nine places over the final two kilometers ... led the Colonels to a fourth straight ASUN title claiming conference runner of the year honors ... at the NCAA National Championships he finished 30th in a 10K personal best time of 29:00.05 helping EKU to a 9th-place team finish, the highest in program history.
Indoor - Opened the season with
 breaking the school record in the invite section of the 3,000 meters with a time of 7:40.56, finishing 6th in a mixed field of top collegiate athletes and professionals at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.
2024-25
Cross Country – Competed in three races … finished 2nd at the ASUN Championships in the 8K (23:35.0).
Indoor – Competed in six races … won the mile at the Dr. Sander Scorcher (3:59.93) … placed 2nd in the 3000 at the ASUN Championships (7:53.43) … set personal bests in the 1500 (3:38.53) and the mile (3:54.15) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.
Outdoor – Competed in five races … set a personal best in the 800 at the Jim Green Invitational (1:50.66), placing 3rd … finished 4th in the 1500 at the ASUN Championships (3:42.74).
2023-24
Cross Country – Ran a personal-best 8K of 23:43.1 at the Virginia Invitational … won the ASUN individual title (24:05.9) … posted a personal-best 10K of 29:19.2 to place 10th at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Indoor – ASUN mile champion (4:01.19).
Outdoor – Won the 5000 at the Stanford Invitational (13:36.76) … ASUN outdoor 1500 champion (3:45.80).
Personal: Son of Hassan and Fatiha … has one brother (Mohammed) and one sister (Rajae) … enjoys soccer and swimming … chose EKU for its strong reputation in exercise and sport science and the opportunity to pursue both academics and athletics at a high level … majoring in exercise and sports science.
