Selected to the 2023-24 Academic All-District® Team by College Sports Communicators (CSC) … played in 30 games and started once … averaged 5.3 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game … shot 45 percent from the field … made 44 percent from 3-point range (34-for-78) … connected on 91 percent of his free throw attempts (38-of-42) … scored a career-best 22 points against Wilberforce (Nov. 10) … dished out a career-high eight assists against West Virginia Tech (Nov. 7) … scored the final eight points of an 11-0 run that turned a 5-point deficit against Jacksonville (Jan. 25) into a 6-point lead ... AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022-23
Played in 31 games … averaged 3.1 points, 0.6 assists and 0.5 rebounds per game … shot 33 percent from 3-point range (26-of-78) … scored a season-high 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting from the field against Miami-Middletown (Nov. 7) … hit six 3-pointers and finished with 18 points against Florida Gulf Coast (Jan. 12) … knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to start an 11-0 run that broke a 46-46 tie at home against Liberty (Jan. 8) … made three 3-pointers in the CBI championship game, finishing with nine points … chosen as the fourth-best incoming freshman in the ASUN Conference by CBB Nation ... 2022 Kentucky Mr. Basketball … two-time all-state selection … ranked as the No. 1 point guard and the No. 3 overall player in the Kentucky class of 2022 … first Mr. Basketball to join the EKU program out of high school since 1980 when Ervin Stepp of Phelps High School won the award before coming to Richmond … averaged 23 points while shooting 54 percent from the field, 52 percent from three-point range (117-of-226) and 91 percent (168-of-185) from the free throw line as a senior in 2021-22 … also averaged 3.5 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game … led the state in free throw percentage, was second in three-point field goal percentage and three-point field goals per game (3.7), and 26th  in scoring as a senior … 2021-22 First Team All-State and Fourth Region Player of the Year … helped Bowling Green High School to a 26-7 record this season and a trip to the region championship game … scored 1,792 points and made 426-of-458 free throws for 93 percent during his high school career … was a career 49 percent (258-of-527) shooter from three-point range … in four seasons, he helped the Purples to an overall record of 104-28 … earned all-state honors in 2021 … averaged 16 points, four assists and three rebounds per game as a junior in 2020-21 … led the state in free throw percentage, knocking down 95 percent from the charity stripe … helped Bowling Green High to a 24-3 record and a spot in the state elite eight … was chosen first team all-region and to the all-region tournament team in 2021 … made a play in the state tournament at Rupp Arena that appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top-10 … as a sophomore in 2019-20, contributed 11 points, four assists and three rebounds per game on his way to earning third team all-region recognition … was chosen to the all-district tournament team and the all-region tournament team.
