Elise Martin joined the EKU volleyball program as a graduate manager in the summer of 2023.
During the summer of 2022, Martin was a coach/intern for the A5 Pure Volleyball Club in Alpharetta, Georgia. She was responsible for facilitating drills, demonstrating drills and organizing equipment.
After the conclusion of her playing career at the University of North Carolina Pembroke, Martin served as a volunteer assistant.
As a four-year member of the Braves’ volleyball team, Martin played in 82 matches. The defensive specialist/libero averaged 3.53 digs per set while recording 94 service aces. She was a member of the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll in 2021 and selected to the 2022 Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference Team. In 2022, she was recognized as the UNCP Impact Player of the Year.
Martin earned a bachelor’s of science degree in exercise sports science in May of 2023 at UNC Pembroke.
