Hailee Hinthorne serves as the Assistant AD for Compliance at Eastern Kentucky University, where she oversees NCAA, conference, and institutional rules to support the success and integrity of EKU student-athletes and coaches.

Before arriving in Richmond in September 2025, Hinthorne was the Director of Compliance at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She also gained valuable experience as a Compliance Graduate Assistant at Southern Illinois University, where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2024. During her time in Carbondale, Hinthorne volunteered as a goalkeepers coach with Carbondale High School from 2021–2024.

A native of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Hinthorne is an alumna of Union College (now Union Commonwealth University) in Barbourville, Kentucky, graduating magna cum laude in 2020 with a degree in Psychology and minors in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. A standout goalkeeper for the Bulldogs, she played three seasons (2018–20), earning Appalachian Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors five times and NAIA Defensive Player of the Week once.
