Pierce Hamilton joined the EKU football staff in the Summer of 2022 as the assistant director of football equipment before transitioning to the head of football equipment in July of 2024.

Before EKU he served as the head equipment intern at Ohio beginning of the Spring of 2019.

He graduated college in 2020 with a bachelor's degree from the Ohio University.
