Senior Joseph Maina recently led the Cross Country Colonels to a second place finish at the 29-team Memphis Twilight Classic. The Ruiru, Kenya native placed second out of 238 runners in the 8K race with a time of 24:34.41.

For his efforts, Maina was named the OVC Male Runner of the Week.
