Roderick Criss II was one of five Eastern Kentucky University baseball players recognized among the nation’s top student-athletes, for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom, by being chosen to the 2023 Academic All-District® Team, as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).

Criss has a 3.71 GPA and is majoring in sport management. The senior outfielder from Kansas City, Missouri is hitting .279 this season with 11 home runs, 43 RBIs and 42 runs scored.
