Southeast played without its leading rebounder, Calvin Williams, who missed his second straight game with a sprained ankle.
Eastern Kentucky and Southeast Missouri have split the season series in each of the last three years. The Redhawks lead the all-time series, 17-16.
Following the Southeast Missouri game, the Colonels head to the Windy City to take on non-conference opponent Chicago State on Tuesday.
