RICHMOND, Ky. - The Eastern Kentucky University football team hosts the Austin Peay Governors this Saturday, October 13 at 3 p.m., at Roy Kidd Stadium in the annual Homecoming game of the 2012 season. 
 
As a part of our goal to be fan and family friendly, EKU offers free parking in the Alumni Coliseum parking lot, courtesy shuttles from all parking areas to the stadium for fans who need assistance and free game programs available upon entering the stadium. 

Here’s a complete list of game day activities:
 
11:00 a.m. –     2012 Homecoming Parade Begins from Alumni Coliseum Parking Lot
Enjoy this great tradition by watching the parade on Lancaster Avenue or down Main Street. 

11:00 a.m. –     Alumni Coliseum (AC) Tailgate Lot Opens
Visit with friends, enjoy the Colonel Country Tailgate tent and, most importantly, get ready for the game!
 
12:50 p.m. –     Colonel Walk
Join fans to greet and cheer on the Colonel football team as the players and coaches make their way to Roy Kidd Stadium.  The team begins at Alumni Coliseum and is led by the EKU Cheerleaders, Dance Team and the Colonel through the tailgate lot to the stadium.
 
1:00 p.m. –    Roy Kidd Stadium Gates Open
                        Roy Kidd Stadium Box Office Open
                        The EKU Marching Band performs in AC Tailgate Lot
 
3:00 p.m. –     GAME TIME!  EKU vs. Austin Peay
Homecoming Queen and King will be crowned at halftime.
