RICHMOND, Ky. - The Eastern Kentucky University softball team travels to Dayton, Ohio tomorrow, March 18, to test its skills against the Flyers. The Colonels will play a doubleheader with game one scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

Dayton is currently 12-9 overall, but this will be the Flyers' first home game of the season.

Shaylon Robb has been the most consistent to this point with a 2.87 ERA after 46.1 innings pitched. Fellow senior
Leanna Pittsenbarger is starting to heat up and has posted two straight quality starts against No. 12 Kentucky (5.1 innings, two runs) and Belmont (6.0 innings, no runs).

The Colonels (11-12) will finally play their home opener at Gertrude Hood Field this weekend with doubleheaders on Saturday (SIUE) and Sunday (Eastern Illinois) starting at 1 p.m.
