WHAT TO KNOW
- This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Katie Pippen had a career day against Fort Wayne in EKU's last game. She set new career-bests for points (13), minutes (36), field goals (5) and field goal attempts (10).

Jalen O'Bannon scored a season-best 20 points against Fort Wayne (Dec. 21). She hit 7-of-14 from the field and also grabbed six rebounds. Her previous season-high was 18 set two days before at Wright State (Dec. 19).

Mariah Massengill dished out a season-high five assists against Fort Wayne (Dec. 21). She also did not have a turnover in 25 minutes of action.

Alexus Cooper set a new career-scoring high in three straight games. She first broke her previous mark of 18 points when she scored 19 at home against Akron (Dec. 10). One day later she notched 22 points in a win over Ohio Valley (Dec. 11). Then, she beat that number with 26 at Wright State (Dec. 19).
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
- UNC Greensboro is 7-6 overall, but four of its wins have come against non-NCAA Division I teams, including a 72-69 overtime victory against Division II UNC Pembroke.
- The Spartans have played two Ohio Valley Conference teams this season. UNCG split a pair of road games, beating Tennessee Tech 65-59 and falling at Murray State 81-70.
- Nadine Soliman, a 5-foot-9 freshman guard, leads UNC Greensboro with an average of 17.4 points per game. She has made just 29.5 percent of her three-point attempts, but is shooting 52 percent from inside the arc. Te'ja Twitty, a 5-foot-8 freshman guard/forward, is the team's top rebounder at 7.5 boards per game. She is also contributing 10.2 points per game.
