RICHMOND, Ky. – The 2017 EKU Basketball Tip-Off Dinner is scheduled for  Monday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. at Gillum's Sports Lounge located in the Richmond Mall as announced by EKU Athletics Wednesday.
 
EKU men's basketball head coach Dan McHale and EKU women's basketball head coach Chrissy Roberts will preview their teams and upcoming seasons. The event is free and open to the public.
 
The EKU men's basketball team opens its 2017 season against Georgetown College in an exhibition game Friday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. while the women's basketball squad hosts Davis & Elkins College Sunday, Nov. 5 at 2 p.m.  
 
 
The men's team opens its 2017 regular season at Rice Friday, Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. The women's team opens at Bowling Green State Friday, Nov. 10 at 5:30 p.m.
