Soccer Hosts Austin Peay, Murray State for Homecoming Weekend

RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University soccer team will look to move up the Ohio Valley Conference ranks when it hosts Austin Peay and Murray State this weekend.

Both games will stream live on ESPN+.
 
EKU (4-7, 2-1 OVC) is coming off a 1-0 victory last Friday against Eastern Illinois University, where Sarah Owusu scored her second goal of the season four minutes into the game thanks to an assist by Ali Kirk.
 
Billie Clark made six saves en route to her second shutout of the season.
 
The Colonels lead the conference in goals against average (1.37).
 
Eastern is tied with Austin Peay for fewest goals allowed this season (17).
 
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
 
Austin Peay is 0-3-1 in its last four games, including back-to-back losses against SEMO and UT Martin.
