RICHMOND, Ky. – There are three teams tied for second place in the Ohio Valley Conference and two of them will meet on Saturday at
Roy Kidd Stadium when Eastern Kentucky hosts No. 25 Austin Peay.
Kickoff for the Family Weekend game is scheduled for 1 p.m.
Game tickets for those attending the university's Family Weekend can be purchased for $5 online by using the code 'family' or at the stadium on the day of the game by showing their Family Weekend wristband.

Saturday is also Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. All EKU faculty and staff will receive FREE admission for themselves and one guest when presenting an EKU ID.
The 1979 EKU National Championship team will be recognized during the game.

The Colonel Walk will begin at 10:45 a.m. and travel through the Apollo Pizza Tailgate Lot in front of Alumni Coliseum.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- The Colonels lead the all-time series 45-6 and are 23-3 against Austin Peay in Richmond. The two teams first met on Oct. 23, 1959, a 21-7 EKU victory.
- Eastern has won 29 of the last 32 against APSU.
- Eastern overcame a 13-3 halftime deficit to win 17-13 in Clarksville last year.
Parker McKinney's 20-yard touchdown pass with 4:29 left in the game proved to be the game winner.
Daryl McCleskey Jr. rushed for 81 yards on 14 carries.
Steven Crowder had eight tackles.
THE COLONELS
- Eastern Kentucky has won two straight games and now stands at 5-3 overall and 3-1 in the OVC after a 33-6 win at Eastern Illinois on Saturday.
- EKU held Eastern Illinois to 89 yards of total offense, 40 rushing yards and 49 passing. Of those 89 yards, 69 came on a late touchdown drive. It was the fewest yards allowed by an EKU defense in more than 16 years.
- In its last two games, EKU has allowed a total of 62 rushing yards. The Colonels gave up just 22 at Murray State and 40 yards on the ground at Eastern Illinois.
- Eastern leads the OVC in scoring defense (20.6 ppg), passing yards allowed (185.3/g), pass efficiency defense, red-zone defense and third down defense.
- Redshirt senior kicker
Samuel Hayworth was chosen as the OVC Specialist of the Week on Sunday. In a driving rain, and on a completely saturated field, Hayworth hit four field goals and three extra-points to account for 15 of Eastern's 33 points. He came up one point shy of tying Jamie Lovett's program record of 16 kicking points in a game, set against Youngstown State in 1983.
- McCleskey and
Alonzo Booth are highly ranked in national rushing stats. McCleskey is 13th in the nation with an average of 6.47 yards per carry and 13th with 802 rushing yards. Booth ranks 10th with 11 rushing touchdowns.
- As a team, EKU leads the OVC and is 18th in the nation with 212.5 rushing yards per game.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
- Austin Peay is 5-3 overall, 3-1 against OVC teams and ranked 25th in the nation. The Governors lone conference loss was at Tennessee State (26-24). APSU has league wins over Jacksonville State (52-33), Southeast Missouri (28-24) and Tennessee Tech (58-21).
- The Governors have scored 50-plus points in two of their four OVC games and average 35 points per game this season.
- Austin Peay's balanced offense averages 192 rushing and 254 passing yards for an OVC-best 446 yards of offense per contest.
- Quarterback JaVaughn Craig totaled seven touchdowns in APSU's win over Tennessee Tech. He completed 16-of-23 passes for 294 yards with no interceptions and five touchdown throws. He rushed for 84 yards on seven carries and scored two touchdowns on the ground.
- For the season, Craig has thrown for 1,703 yards with 14 touchdown passes and five interceptions. He has rushed for 342 yards and scored six times on the ground. Kentel Williams leads the team with 617 rushing yards to go along with six touchdowns.

The following parking and tailgating regulations below are intended to ensure your safety and comfort. EKU Football Parking Lot Locations
• There are numerous and convenient parking options for all fans on game day at
Roy Kidd Stadium.

Colonel Club Lot (Lot K) – Located in the Alumni Coliseum Lower and Upper lots across the street from
Roy Kidd Stadium, Colonel Club season ticket members have exclusive access to both of these lots with their valid Colonel Club parking pass.
Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking spaces cannot be saved. Parking passes must be displayed in vehicles at all times. Colonel Club members who wish to tailgate in the Lower AC lot are restricted to the area around their vehicle. Do not block driveways or impede traffic. Colonel Club members who wish to tailgate and require more space than allowed in the Lower AC lot are encouraged to access the Upper AC lot.
The upper and lower AC lots will open at 9 a.m. on game day (Nov. 2).

Apollo Pizza Tailgate Lot – EKU student and Greek life parking will be located at the Lower AC parking lot.

RV Zone – EKU is proud to continue offering the RV Zone, designed to provide football fans a unique and unforgettable tailgating experience. Located next to the Fitness and Wellness Center lot and just a few steps away from the
Roy Kidd Stadium entrance, the RV Zone is available for both single game and full season passes. Single game passes start at $75 per game, which include two (2) general admission tickets for the game. Full season passes are available for $225 and includes two (2) general admission tickets for each home game.
The EKU RV Zone will open at 6 p.m. the Friday before game day and will close at 3:00 p.m. the Sunday following game day. Reservations for the RV Zone are required at least three (3) days in advance and your pass may be reserved by calling (859) 622-7128.

General Parking – EKU provides general parking free of charge for the following parking lots located on campus: Brockton, Hanlon, Dizney, Commonwealth, Alumni Coliseum back lots or in parking lots across the EKU bypass. All general parking lots will open on game day at 9 a.m.

Media Parking – Credentialed media members should park at the Greg Adams Tennis Center parking lot located across the EKU bypass.
EKU Football Parking Regulations
• Parking is permitted only in designated spaces. Parking on islands, medians or berms is prohibited.
• Parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be saved.
• Tailgating is only allowed in areas where the flow of traffic is not obstructed.
• No sale of food, beverages or novelties are permissible without proper permit.
• No open flames other than gas grills.
• Waste food items and trash must be disposed of in appropriate containers, which are provided throughout the grounds.
• No personal motorized carts are allowed.
• Only small weighted (12'x12' maximum) tents may be used, no staking is allowed.
• Music should be confined to your tailgate area.
• Protect your belongings, EKU will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Attend The Game – While we encourage the fun and comradery that tailgating produces, please be cognizant that a football game is being played at
Roy Kidd Stadium. Our student-athletes need you in the stands! Please show respect for our EKU student-athletes by attending the game.

Student Section
Student seating is located in sections J, K, L. Students may also sit on the hill in the north end zone. Students can enter the stadium through Gate 1 or Gate 6. Students need their official school ID out and ready to be allowed admittance to the game.
Alcohol Sales
Alcohol sales (beer and wine) are located on the east side of
Roy Kidd Stadium and on the northern end of the main concourse inside the Begley Building:
• Sales begin at 12 p.m.
• Sales continue through the third quarter. No sales in the fourth quarter or overtime.
• Fans will be limited to two (2) beverages per transaction.
• Purchase can be made by fans 21 years and older only.
• Must be consumed in clear plastic cup.
• Cash and credit cards accepted.
• Sections G & H will remain alcohol free zones.
ADA Accessible Ticket Information
• The ADA accessible seating area at
Roy Kidd Stadium in Section J, N, and R of the east side of the stadium.
• Patrons must purchase a general admission ticket to watch the game from this area.
• Patrons are welcome to have a companion sit with them in the area. Folding chairs are provided for any guests that need them.
• The ADA accessible restrooms are located on the concourse of the east side of the stadium. The Moberly building also provides accessible restrooms.
• ADA accessible parking is available in the Moberly Lot past the Stadium off Roy and Sue Kidd Way on the right from the Bypass.
• The main accessible gate (Moberly Gate) is between the Moberly building and the Fitness & Wellness Center.
