RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky University's women's basketball team hits the road to wrap up the 2019 calendar year with a road trip to Indianapolis to take on IUPUI on Friday.
 
Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.

INSIDE THE SERIES
- Eastern leads the all-time series between the two teams, 1-0.

THE COLONELS
-  Eastern is 6-4 after falling to Vanderbilt, 75-69, Sunday in Nashville.
 
-  Bria Bass led the way for the Colonels with 16 points and seven rebounds.  
 
-  Qay Stanton was named OVC Newcomer of the Week after her 13-point, seven assist, four steals and two rebound performance against Vanderbilt.  
 
-  Eastern trailed by as many as 16 points in the third quarter before coming all the way back and taking the lead in the fourth quarter over the Commodores.   
 
-  Three Colonels recorded double-digit points against Vanderbilt.
 
-  EKU has trailed in the fourth quarter in five of the team's six wins on the year.
 
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
-  IUPUI is 5-5 after falling to Northern Iowa, 51-50, Sunday in Cedar Falls.
 
-  The Jaguars were led Macee Williams who posted 11 points and a season-high 15 rebounds against the Panthers.  
 
-  IUPUI ranks 20^th in the country in free throw percentage.
 
-  Holly Hoopingarner ranks second on the team with 10.5 points per game on the season.   
 
-  The Jaguars rank second in the Horizon in points per game, averaging 68.4 points.
