"That was good Friday night baseball from two good teams," EKU Head Coach
Edwin Thompson said. "They had the big three run home run to separate themselves and that was really the difference.  They did a good job of keeping us off balance with how many stolen bases they had.  They did a good job putting pressure on us.  Offensively, we had a couple of innings where we put some pressure on them and we scored some runs. We had the tying run on base in the ninth inning, that's all you can ask for.  I thought
Logan Teague had a good start. Â This was one of those days where they come out on top but we've got two games tomorrow so we're excited to get back out here."Â
Â
The weekend of baseball action will conclude with three games on Saturday. Action begins with Evansville taking on Eastern Kentucky at 10 a.m. BC and Evansville will play at 2 p.m. Boston College and EKU will finish the day at 6 p.m.
