RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University soccer team will close out the non-conference schedule on Sunday when the Colonels travel to Akron to face the Zips at 1:00 p.m.

EKU (1-6) battled Kentucky for 85 scoreless minutes on Thursday at home before the Wildcats scored two late goals to sneak by with the victory.
 
A record-breaking crowd of 1,045 watched EKU's game vs. Kentucky.
