RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's basketball team and head coach Samantha Williams added Georgia Baldwin, an early enrollee from Australia to 2020-21 roster.
 
Baldwin a 6-foot guard/forward from Melbourne, Australia will join the team in December and be eligible to play in the spring semester.
 
"We are very excited to add Georgia to the team for this season," Williams said. "She is a player who will bring toughness and aggressiveness to both her position and to the entire unit. She plays with a grit that will be a welcomed addition to this years' roster and that I will look forward to."
 
In 2019, Baldwin helped lead her team to a 41-1 record, a Senior Australian School Championship, a Champions Cup, and a SSV Championship. She was a part of the 3x3-championship team. During her sophomore season, she helped lead her team to a 31-5 record. Baldwin held offers from UC Riverside, Missouri-Kansas City, Florida International, North Florida, UT Arlington, North Dakota State, and Stephen F. Austin.
