DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Eastern Kentucky University softball team will take its 16 game winning streak to the Sunshine State for its first midweek game of the year against Bethune-Cookman on Wednesday.

The Colonels will play two games against the Wildcats in Daytona Beach. First pitch is schedule for 1 p.m.

-This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams. Bethune-Cookman comes into the week at 4-25 with a pair of games against Fairfield on Tuesday. Haley Parks leads the Wildcats at the plate with a team-high .320 batting average. Parks has three doubles, three RBIs and seven stolen bases on the season. Victoria Guzman leads the way in the circle for Bethune-Cookman. Guzman is 4-14 on the year with a 3.81 ERA.
