THE COLONELS
-  Eastern comes in at 7-12 (6-9 OVC), after falling to Jacksonville State, 73-55, Monday night in Jacksonville.
 
-  Freshman Kendall Wingler paced the Colonels against Jacksonville State, scoring a team-best 16 points.
 
-  Jayla Johnson and Wingler led the way for Eastern the last time these two teams met. Johnson scored a game-best 19 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Wingler had 15 points and four rebounds.
 
-  Johnson was named OVC Newcomer of the Week for the third time this year on Tuesday and her second time in as many weeks.
 
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
-  Southeast Missouri State comes into the contest at 13-8 (11-5 OVC), after defeating Austin Peay, 73-68, in Clarksville on Saturday in overtime.
 
-  Taelour Pruitt led the way for the Redhawks on Saturday posting 25 points, four assists and four steals in the win over the Govs.
 
-  Four players scored double-digits against the Colonels the last time these two teams met.
