RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky University's women's basketball team wraps up its road swing with another tough trip to take on first-place UT Martin on Saturday afternoon.

INSIDE THE SERIES
- This is the 58th all-time meeting between the two teams.
 
- Eastern Kentucky leads the all-time series between the two teams, 31-26.

THE COLONELS
-  Eastern comes in at 8-12 (7-9 OVC), after knocking off Southeast Missouri, 82-72, Thursday night at the Show Me Center.
 
-  Freshman Kendall Wingler again led the way for the Colonels with a team-best 20 points.
 
-  Five Colonels posted double-figures for the first time since the 2016 season.
 
-  With the EKU win on Thursday, the Colonels moved into eighth place of the OVC standings with four games to play.
 
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
-  UT Martin comes into the contest at 15-4 (14-2 OVC), and winners of their last three after defeating Morehead State, 77-39, in Martin on Thursday.
 
-  Paige Pipkin led the way for the Skyhawks with a game-best 20 points against Morehead State.
 
-  UTM currently sits in first place of the OVC standings just ahead of Belmont.

Eastern Kentucky starts its three-game home stand to wrap up the regular season on Monday when the Colonels host Austin Peay. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
