THE COLONELS
-  The Colonels (9-8, 2-2 ASUN) fell to first-place Jacksonville State, 76-74, on Saturday night at McBrayer Arena.
 
-  Alice Recanati led the way offensively for the Colonels against Jacksonville State with a game-high 19 points, eight assists, and six rebounds.
 
-  Bria Bass posted her second straight double-double, posting 10 points and 11 rebounds against the Gamecocks.
 
-  Recanati ranks first in the ASUN in steals and second in the league in steals per game. She ranks 46th in the country in overall steals.  
 
-  The Colonels rank fifth in the country in made free throws.
 
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
-  Lipscomb comes into the weekend at 6-9, 1-1 ASUN and take on Central Arkansas in Conway on Monday afternoon.
 
-  Blythe Peason leads the way offensively for the Bison averaging a team-best 9.7 points per game on the season.
 
-  The Bisons rank 69th in the country in three-point field goals per game.
 
-  Lipscomb shoots 41 percent from the field as a team.
