EVANSVILLE, Ind. – EKU women's basketball travels to the Hoosier State for a non-conference midweek battle against Evansville on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at Meeks Family Fieldhouse to conclude the Tri-State Challenge.
The Colonels are off to an unblemished 3-0 record, the program's best start to a season since 2012-13.
Wednesday's game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. EST and can be streamed on ESPN+. Fans are also encouraged to tune in via 92.5 WEKY with Wes Chandler on the call beginning 30 minutes before tipoff.

Alice Recanati and
Sierra McCullough enter the week winners of the Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Week and Newcomer of the Week, respectively. The Colonels won two of the first three weekly awards announced by the league office this season.
McCullough was named to the Newcomer of the Week award after bringing down an NCAA-leading 40 rebounds in the first week of play. The Opelika, Ala. native is averaging 13.3 boards per game.
Recanati scored in double-figures in all three of EKU's games last week, including a career-high 28-point performance in an 11-point win over Northern Kentucky. She is top 10 in the country in scoring after week one.

- Wednesday's matchup is the 6th meeting between EKU and UE. Evansville leads the head-to-head series by a narrow 2-3 mark.
- EKU is seeking its first win over Evansville since 1985 on the road. The Purple Aces have claimed the last three meetings in the series since it was renewed in 2011.
