EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The EKU men's tennis team (1-4) travels back to the Hoosier state for a matchup against Southern Indiana (2-4) on Friday, Feb. 17 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evansville Tennis Center.
"I'm looking to see us carry the momentum we've been gaining this week at Southern Indiana. It should be a great match," head coach
Adam Cohen said.
THE COLONELS
- The Colonels enter the matchup with a 1-4 record, as they look to bounce back from a 6-1 loss against Butler.
- Kristoffer Stahlbrand boasts a 3-1 record in singles this season and he is undefeated from the No. 3 position.
- Paul-Antoine Brazet earned his second singles win of the season against Butler in three sets from the No. 4 spot.
SCOUTING SOUTHERN INDIANA
- Southern Indiana enters the match with a 2-4 mark, most recently losing to Indiana, 4-0.
- Omar ElSamahy leads the Screaming Eagles in singles and doubles this season, posting a 3-3 singles record from the top three spots in the lineup and a 2-1 mark in doubles from the No. 1 position.
