RICHMOND, Ky. – The EKU men's tennis team (3-9) starts conference play at home against Lipscomb (3-7) at the Greg Adams Tennis Center on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
 
THE COLONELS

• The Colonels enter the match with a 3-9 mark as they look to bounce back from a 5-0 loss at South Carolina State.
• Moritz Mayer leads the Maroon and White in singles play, as he beat North Carolina Central's No. 2 in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2. He did not play against South Carolina State.
• Kristoffer Stahlbrand leads the Colonels in doubles play, boasting a 6-4 record, including a 3-1 record from the No. 1 spot with Arthur Bugeaud.
• Mayer and Paul-Antoine Brazet are 2-0 in doubles play from the No. 2 court.
• This is the fourth meeting between the two teams, as EKU owns a 3-0 record in the series against Lipscomb.

 
SCOUTING LIPSCOMB

• The Bisons enter the matchup with a 3-7 record, most recently falling to Richmond, 6-1. Lipscomb competes against NKU on Saturday before facing EKU.
• Carlos Salas Tulla leads the Bisons in singles play, posting a 5-4 record from multiple spots in the lineup. He was the only player to win a singles match against Richmond, winning in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3.
