RICHMOND, Ky. – EKU football fans will have chances to hear from head coach Walt Wells, members of the coaching staff, and student-athletes throughout the season as the football luncheon and Thursday night schedule for 2023 was announced today. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to earn prizes for coming to each event throughout the season.

Head coach Walt Wells and members of his staff will attend the weekly luncheon at Golden Corral every Thursday at noon every game week. Fans are invited to join Coach Wells for lunch, followed by a question-and-answer session and a weekly inside look at the program. 

Fans are also invited to attend "Thursday Nights at Apollo" at 6:30 p.m. where Coach Wells and members of the football team will join EKU play-by-play announcer Greg Stotelmyer at Apollo Pizza in downtown Richmond for interviews and a preview of the weekend's game.
