RICHMOND, Ky. – EKU's volleyball match at home against Atlantic Sun Conference leader Florida Gulf Coast, originally scheduled for Saturday, has been moved to Sunday at 10 a.m. due to the impact of Hurricane Milton.
 
The match will be played at the Rick Erdmann Olympic Sports Training Center and will air live on ESPN+.  There will be an EKU volleyball t-shirt giveaway.
 
THE COLONELS
-  EKU (11-7, 2-3 ASUN) dominated Bellarmine on the road on Wednesday.  The Colonels limited the Knights to 14 points in the first set and 12 points in the second.
 
-  With 16 digs in three sets against Bellarmine, Josie Schmitendorf moved to sixth on EKU's career digs list with 1,560.  Chloe Rojas (2015-18) is fifth with 1,669 career digs.
 
-  Sarah Mitchell is only player in the ASUN ranked in the top-10 in kills and digs.  She is eighth with 3.39 kills per set and ninth with 3.30 digs per set.
 
-  Carson Ledford leads the ASUN with a .366 attack percentage.  She hit .600 against Bellarmine, finishing with six kills and no errors in 10 attempts.
 
-  As a team, EKU is second in the ASUN in points (16.92/set), kills (13.18/set) and assists (12.17/set).  The Colonels are third in blocks (2.26/set), and fourth in hitting percentage (.215) and digs (16.20/set).
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
-  Florida Gulf Coast enters the match at 13-3 overall and 5-0 in conference games.  The Eagles haven't lost a set in their five ASUN matches.  FGCU is ranked No. 53 in the NCAA RPI.  
 
-  Shelby Kent leads the team, and the conference, with 4.03 kills per set.  She has a .259 hitting percentage with more than 600 attack attempts. 
 
-  Skylar English is the league-leader in aces (0.65/set) and is second on the team with 3.05 kills per set.
 
-  FGCU leads the ASUN in points (17.65/set), hitting percentage (.249), opponent hitting percentage (.163), opponent kills (10.74/set) and service aces (2.21/set).
 
INSIDE THE SERIES
-  Florida Gulf Coast has won all four meetings in the series. 
 
-  In the only meeting between the two programs last season, the Eagles escaped Richmond with a 3-2 win.
