RICHMOND, Ky. – EKU soccer returns home this week to host the Atlantic Sun Conference's newest member, West Georgia, on Thursday and then host Queens on Sunday for Senior Day.
EKU is set to honor nine of its student-athletes on Sunday for their contributions to the program over the last four years, consisting of
Marah Krick,
Nerea de Diego,
Kylie Fitzgerald,
Tiatianna Jones,
Claire Siler,
Caroline McLellan,
Carmen Combs,
Ciana Miller, and
Gretta Gunn.
Both games this week are free to attend, gates will open one hour and 30 minutes before kickoff. Those not able to be in attendance for the games can find both streamed on ESPN+.
Thursday is World Mental Health Awareness Day, fans are encouraged to join EKU women's soccer in the recognition of the mental health crisis we not only face in our country, but the world.
On Sunday, fans are encouraged to arrive early to partake in Senior Day festivities which will occur during pre-game.

EKU is coming off a 4-1 win over North Alabama last Sunday to move to No. 3 in the ASUN Conference tables with 12 points. Four different student-athletes scored in the win and EKU combined for a program best five assists, setting a single game record. Additionally, EKU's four first half goals were the most in program history.
Scouting West Georgia
UWG is the 12th and newest member of the ASUN Conference, replacing Kennesaw State who departed the league for the Conference USA over the Summer. The Wolves enter play on Thursday with a 1-5 mark in conference play, dropping their last two to Stetson and FGCU while being outscored 6-0. Sophomore forward Katherine Hagans leads the club with two goals on the season.
History vs. West Georgia
Thursday's match is the first meeting between UWG and EKU. The Colonels sit at 16-14-6 as a member of the ASUN Conference after going 1-1 last week.
Scouting Queens
Queens will face Bellarmine in Louisville on Thursday before making their trek to Richmond. The Royals have dropped their last two conference games to Stetson and FGCU while being outscored 8-0. Graduate winger Sophia Muetterties leads the club with four goals this season and last scored in a 1-1 draw against North Florida.
History vs. Queens
Sunday's match is the third meeting between Queens and EKU, who have played to two scoreless draws in their last two efforts. EKU is looking to avenge its loss to QUC in the ASUN Tournament last season where the program fell in penalty kicks, 4-2, in the opening round.
