FORT MYERS, Fla. – The No. 5 seeded Eastern Kentucky University women's soccer program will compete for the 2024 Atlantic Sun Conference Championship on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET against No 3 seed Lipscomb.
Sunday's match will be available to stream on ESPN+ beginning five minutes prior to kickoff. Colonel fans attending the match can purchase tickets online here.
EKU (12-7-3, 7-3-1 ASUN) ended its regular season with a 10-7-2 record and has defeated No. 8 seed Jacksonville in penalty kicks, No. 4 seed North Florida 1-0 outright, and No. 1 seed FGCU 2-1 in overtime. All three matches were true road games, Sunday's contest will be the first neutral site match for the Colonels in the tournament.
The Colonels have scored four goals in the ASUN Tournament from four different student-athletes in
Gretta Gunn,
Rachel Robinson,
Ana Manning, and
Ella Grode. EKU has logged seven assists across those four goals.
Goalkeeper
Marah Krick has a 2-0-1 record in this year's ASUN Tournament with 18 saves on 43 shots faced. She was named the ASUN Player of the Match in EKU's come-from-behind win over top-seeded FGCU on their home pitch.
With a win in Sunday's championship match, EKU would earn an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history. The program would also capture its first conference championship in program history.
The Colonels have set six program record this season and can set two more in Sunday's match. This year, EKU has set program records in assists (31), points (89), shot attempts (281), and
Chiara Premoli set the single game record for assists (7) and assists in a single game (3).
Scouting Lipscomb
The Bisons are 2-0 in the ASUN Tournament with wins over Bellarmine (2-1) on Nov. 3 and Central Arkansas (7-0) on Nov. 7. Lipscomb enters Sunday's match winners of its last six games and are without a loss in the last 10 games.
Lipscomb is led by ASUN Player of the Year Kiara Pralle who leads the club with 19 goals and four assists this season.

Sunday's championship game is the sixth meeting between EKU and Lipscomb, the Bisons lead the all-time series 4-1 and won this season in Richmond, 3-0.
