CONWAY, Ark. – EKU women's basketball falls on the road against Central Arkansas by a score of 83-49 on Saturday afternoon inside the Farris Center.
Saturday's loss was the last Atlantic Sun Conference road game for the Colonels this season, who sit at 19-8 overall and 8-5 in conference play. EKU clinched a berth to the ASUN Championship on Thursday in its win over North Alabama.
Leading EKU was forward
Sierra McCullough, who scored a team-high 15 points and eight rebounds.
Antwainette Walker scored nine points while
Bridgid Fox scored seven, going 3-of-5 from the floor.
Four Sugar Bears scored in double figures, including forward Bree Stephens who totaled 14 points going 4-of-5 from beyond the arch.
EKU returns to action on Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST against Chicago State on the road.
