Box Score RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis team (16-4, 1-0 ASUN) won its first Atlantic Sun Conference match of the season by a score of 5-2 against Austin Peay (5-5, 0-1 ASUN) on Friday at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.

To begin the dual match, Moritz Mayer and Mario Monclus Martin won their doubles match from the No. 2 court, 6-4. Kristoffer Stahlbrand and J.Anurag Reddy won their fifth doubles match of the season as a pair from the No. 3 position, 6-3, as the Colonels took a one-point advantage.

Mayer won his 13^th singles match of the season in straight sets from the No. 4 spot, 6-4, 7-6 (7-4). He leads the ASUN in singles wins.

Evzen Holis earned a straight-set victory in singles play from the No. 1 court, 6-4, 6-2.

Stahlbrand clinched the match for the Colonels in singles play in straight sets from the No. 6 position, 6-3, 6-2.

Paul-Antoine Brazet won his singles match in straight sets from the No. 5 spot, 6-1, 7-6 (7-3).
