RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis team (17-4, 2-0 ASUN) came back from a 3-0 deficit to earn the win in a thriller by a score of 4-3 against Bellarmine (5-9, 0-2 ASUN) on Monday at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.
 
To begin the dual match, the Knights won their doubles matches from the top two courts to take a one-point advantage.
 
Moritz Mayer won his singles match in three sets from the No. 4 court, 6-3, 2-6, 6-4.
 
Evzen Holis came back from a 5-1 deficit in the third set to win the match from the No. 1 position, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (7-4).
 
Kristoffer Stahlbrand earned a straight-set victory in singles play from the No. 6 spot, 6-1, 7-5.
Paul-Antoine Brazet clinched the match for the Colonels in singles play in a three-set thriller from the No. 5 court, 6-4, 5-7, 6-2.
