Box Score KENNESAW, Ga. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis team (20-8, 5-4 ASUN) suffered a 5-2 loss at No. 73 Kennesaw State (14-5, 7-2 ASUN) on Sunday at the Betty Siegel Tennis Courts.
To begin the dual match,
Kristoffer Stahlbrand and
Ryan Kitchin remain undefeated as a pair in conference play, winning their doubles match from the No. 2 spot, 6-3. However, the Owls won from the No. 1 and 3 courts to take the doubles point.
Moritz Mayer won his 16
th singles match of the season from the No. 3 position in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
J.Anurag Reddy earned a straight-set victory from the No. 6 court in singles, 6-3, 6-2.
Kennesaw State emerged victorious in four singles contests to clinch the match.
