EKU Women’s Tennis Suffers A 6-1 Loss To Stetson

RICHMOND, Ky. - The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team (9-15, 2-5, ASUN) suffered a 6-1 defeat to Stetson (10-6, 7-0 ASUN) on Friday at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.
 
To begin the dual match, Stetson secured victories on the No. 1 and 3 courts to claim the doubles point.
 
Sasha Parkhomenko won her singles match in three sets from the No. 2 position, 6-4, 2-6, 7-5.
 
However, Stetson won the other five contests to seal the match.
