AS A JUNIOR IN 2018-19 AT EKU
Played in 26 games and started 18 times … averaged 7.9 points and 5.3 rebounds … scored a season-high 18 points twice … led the team with 18 blocks … grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds twice … dished out season-high five rebounds against Murray State (Feb. 14) … recorded season-high five steals against Southern Illinois Edwardsville (Feb. 2).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2017-18 AT STATE FAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Picked first team all-conference and all-region in 2018 after averaging 14.1 points and seven rebounds per game … shot 46 percent from the field and 40 percent from three-point range as a sophomore.
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016-17 AT STATE FAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Earned second team all-conference and all-region recognition as a freshman … averaged 8.4 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 42 percent from the field.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Played high school basketball at Mill Valley High School in Shawnee, Kansas … was a first team all-state selection her senior season when she averaged 17.6 points and eight rebounds per game … was an honorable mention all-state selections as a junior when she contributed 16 points and eight boards per game … chosen by the Lawrence Journal World as a top-10 area player each of her final two seasons … also chosen first team all-state as a member of the Jaguars volleyball team.

Full name is Catie Lucille Kaifes … daughter of Eric and Melynda Kaifes … has three brothers – Conner, Cooper and Carter, and one sister – Claire … her father played collegiate football at Southern Methodist University … her brother played collegiate football at Pittsburg State University … plans to study occupational therapy.
