Tristan Hawk was chosen as the co-ed head cheer coach in December 2018.
Hawk, a Lexington, Kentucky native, is the head cheerleading coach at Lafayette High School. She attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, where she won five consecutive KAPOS State Championships and two UCA High School National Championships with the Bulldogs.

She has also served as the head cheerleading coach and a private instructor at Matrix All-Stars in Richmond since 2013. Hawk was also part of the UCA high school staff in 2013.

Hawk received a social work degree from Morehead State University where she was part of the cheer program from 2013 to 2016.  She is finishing her master’s degree in social work.  In 2014 and 2016, Hawk was a team USA Gold Medalist, an instructor for Team Finland All-Stars and a UCA National Champion with the all-girl squad at Morehead State. She was a member of three-straight UCA National Championship teams with the Eagles.
