AS A FRESHMAN IN 2009-10
Played in 28 of the team’s 29 games as a freshman … started 10 times, including the final four games of the season … third on the team, and 27th in the Ohio Valley Conference, in scoring (7.9 ppg) … second on the team and seventh in the OVC in blocked shots (0.7 bpg) … led the team with 30 three-point field goals … scored in double figures 10 times … scored 13 points in her second collegiate game, at Wright State (Nov. 19) … matched that with 13 points at Tennessee-Martin (Dec. 5) and then scored 14 points in each of the next two games, including at Big East-member West Virginia … blocked four shots against Jacksonville State (Feb. 6), the most by a Lady Colonel in one game since December 2007 … scored a season-high 18 points and tied her season best with six rebounds in EKU’s 79-67 victory at Morehead State (Feb. 20), also added four assists and two steals … led the team with 13 points against Tennessee-Martin (March 2) in the OVC tournament … scored in double figures in four of the final five games of the season … hit four three-pointers in a game twice during the season … part of a group of five freshmen that accounted for 57.1 percent of EKU’s points during the 2009-10 season … 2009-10 Colonel Scholar.
