AS A SENIOR IN 2017-18 AT EKU
Missed 14 games due to an injury … played in 13 games and started five times … averaged 4.2 points and 3.3 rebounds … led the team with 18 blocks (1.38/g) … scored a season-high 12 points in the season-opener at Bowling Green (Nov. 10) … had six rebounds in a game four times … blocked three shots in a game on three occasions.
 
AS A JUNIOR IN 2016-17 AT EKU
Became a major defensive contributor in her first season … appeared in 31 games while cataloging 13 starts … averaged 11.6 minutes per game … poured in a season-high 10 points on two different occasions … played her most complete game against Tennessee-Martin (Feb. 4), scoring 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting, pulling down seven rebounds, and came away with a season-high three steals … pulled down a season-high 11 rebounds in a win against Morgan State in the Plaza Light Classic on Nov. 25 … critical in helping EKU defeat Morehead State in the first round of the OVC Tournament, where she came away with eight points on 3-of-4 shooting, seven rebounds, and blocked five shots, a new season-high and tied for sixth in program history … led the team in field goal percentage at 51 percent.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2015-16 AT KIRKWOOD COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Second team All-America selection after leading the Eagles in points, rebounds and blocks ... also named first-team all-region shot 53 percent from the floor, ranking third in the league … averaged 11.3 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game and 2.1 blocks per game … helped the Eagles to a 27-6 record and an ICCAC title … ranked eighth in the conference in rebounds and third in blocks.

Full name is Madison Ramona Wood … daughter of Ann and Chip Wood … has one brother ­­­­– Brendan, and one sister – Lindsay … plans to major in public relations.
