2012 (Junior): Played in all 20 games in the midfield for EKU, starting 16 of them … scored her first career game-winning goal in a thrilling win over conference foe Eastern Illinois on Oct. 21 … also contributed an assist to Nikki Donnelly in the season-opening win over UNC Asheville on Aug. 17 … fired seven shots on the year, two of which were on goal … played a season-high 112 minutes in EKU’s loss to SIUE in the OVC Tournament on Nov. 1.
2011 (Sophomore): Became a regular in EKU’s starting lineup as she started 17 of the 18 games in which she appeared … notched her first-career goal against UNC Asheville (Sept. 2), a game-winner that came just two minutes into the game off a pass from Paige Larkin … attempted 11 shots during the year, five of which were on target … played a season-high 66 minutes and fired a season-high two shots on goal in a non-conference matchup against Longwood (Oct. 21).
2010 (Freshman): Appeared in 14 games during the season, playing a season-high 53 minutes at Big East foe Louisville in the Colonels’ season opener (Aug. 20) … attempted five shots during the year, three of which were on goal … played 15 minutes in EKU’s Ohio Valley Conference Tournament game versus Eastern Illinois (Nov. 4).
High School and/or Club Experience: Helped lead the Lady Rebels to the state elite eight three of the four years she was there … as a senior in 2009, she was named first team all-district, first team all-region and second team all-state … plays club soccer for the Central Kentucky Soccer Club and helped the team win the GIT Bracket Championship, the Music City Invitational Championship and the KSSL Premier Division Championship … Paynter was named the MVP of the Tampa Bay Sun Bowl Showcase … also played for the Kentucky ODP State Team from 2007-08.
