2012 (Junior): Named first team All-Ohio Valley Conference after delivering another big season on the outside of EKU’s defense … started all 20 games on the backline, played the fourth-most minutes on the team and got forward enough to cause havoc in the attack … finished second on the team behind only Nikki Donnelly with three goals, all of which were off Emily D’Italia corner kicks and two of which were game-winners … her first goal lifted the Colonels to a 2-1 victory over UNC Asheville in their season opener on Aug. 17… her second goal came in a 2-0 shutout of Tennessee Tech on Oct. 7… her final goal of the season was the game-winner in a hard-fought affair at home versus SIUE on Oct. 19 … she also added an assist in a 2-1 win over Eastern Illinois on Senior Day at EKU Soccer Field on Oct. 21 … was named OVC Defensive Player of the Week twice during the season.
2011 (Sophomore): Named second team All-Ohio Valley Conference after emerging as a leader on an EKU backline that did not surrender multiple goals in any of the Colonels’ final 12 regular season games … was one of only two Colonels to start all 20 games on the season, going the distance in 17 of those contests … led the team with 1,792 minutes played … earned OVC Defensive Player of the Week honors on Aug. 30 after going the distance in a pair of low-scoring losses to Kentucky (Aug. 23) and Wright State (Aug. 26) and an overtime win over regionally-ranked Miami (Ohio) (Aug. 28) … played the role of hero in the 2-1 win over Miami as she served up a perfect ball to Devon Saini in the fourth minute of overtime to record the game-winning assist … used her speed to get forward throughout the season and notched a goal in the Colonels’ impressive 4-0 win over UNC Asheville (Sept. 2).
2010 (Freshman): Started 11 of the 17 games in which she played … scored her first career goal, a game-winner, in the 42nd minute of a win at Detroit-Mercy, a school she grew up less than an hour away from … notched two assists in the Colonels' record-breaking win over Ohio Valley Conference opponent Jacksonville State, finding freshman Janelle Coates in the 75th minute before capping the night by finding freshman Sarah LeBrun for a goal in the 89th minute of play.
2009 (Redshirt): Saw action in four games before she was forced to take a redshirt due to a season-ending injury … attempted two shots … played seven minutes against nationally-ranked Florida and attempted her only shot on goal of the season against the Gators.
High School and/or Club Experience: A winner on multiple levels ... her club team, Vardar, was a 2007 State Cup Semifinalist ... she is also a three-year starter for the Rochester High soccer team ... the Falcons were 2006 district champions and a 2007 state finalist ... Fant was named all-league, all-district, all-county and honorable mention all-state in 2008 and 2009 ... chose EKU over Oakland and Detroit Mercy.
