Appeared in 32 games off the bench ... Averaged 1.8 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game ... Scored 57 points and dished out 46 assists ... Shot 20.5 percent from the floor ... Made EKU debut on the road against No. 7 LSU (Nov. 4), played 16 minutes with two rebounds and two assists ... First collegiate points against Tennessee State (Nov. 8), had seven points ... Attended Peoria Notre Dame High School, played for Layne Langholf … Three-time First Team All-Conference selection … Three-time All-State honoree … 2024 IHSA 2A State Champion … Named First Team All-Big 12 and Big 12 Conference Player of the Year … 2024 Journal Star Girls Basketball Player of the Year … Averaged 16.0 points, 7.6 assists, 3.7 assists, and 3.5 steals per game during prep career, helped PND to a 97-15 overall record in four seasons … PND was ranked top 10 in the state for three years, finished No. 6 at the end of the 2023-24 season … Also ran track and played soccer in high school, holds the school record in 4x400 … Also received All-State and All-Conference recognitions in soccer, won the state title her senior season.

Born on June 6, 2006 … Parents are Lecia and Brian Wardle … Has two siblings; Davin and Emy … Comes from a long line of collegiate athletes in her family … Her dad, Brian, played college basketball at Marquette University and is currently the men’s basketball coach at Bradley University … Her uncle, Ryan Schuetz, played basketball at the University of Georgia … Her uncle, Ryan Barrett, played football at Northwestern University … Her uncle, Joey, played soccer at Furman University … Her uncle, Willie, played tennis at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay … Her uncle, Brad, played baseball at University of Illinois-Chicago … Her aunt, Tryn, played soccer at University of Charleston … Her aunt, Amy, played basketball at UMW … And cousin, Braeden, plays volleyball at NJIT … Chose EKU over Evansville, Bradley, Eastern Illinois, SIUE, St. Bonaventure, Valparaiso, Gardner-Webb, and Queens University of Charlotte … High academic, was on honor roll and participated in National Honors Society … Plans on studying sports management.
