2013 (Junior): Was named first team All-Ohio Valley Conference after becoming EKU’s most reliable defender on the outside … played in all 19 games during the season and started the final 15 … never left the field during the 15 games that she started, notably going the distance in every conference game ... led an EKU backline that recorded four shutouts on the fall, two of which came against OVC opponents.
2012 (Sophomore): Was one of only five Colonels to start all 20 games on the season … proved to be a steady force on the outside of an EKU defense that recorded five shutouts on the season … finished third on the team 1,810 minutes played …went the distance in 18 of EKU’s 20 games, including playing all 120 minutes of the Colonels’ double-overtime loss to SIUE in the OVC Tournament on Nov. 1… attempted two shots on the year.
2011 (Freshman): Named to the Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer Team after starting all 20 games on the Colonel backline and going the distance in 16 of them … finished second on the team with 1,768 minutes played … was one of the leaders of a staunch EKU defense that did not allow multiple goals in any of the Colonels’ final12 regular season contests ... was named the OVC Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 11 following a weekend in which she went the distance in a pair of games against UT Martin (Oct. 7) and Southeast Missouri (Oct. 9) and came forward to notch the game-winner (her first career score) off a cross from Stephany Ellison in the 53rd minute of the win over UTM … recorded her first-career assist in a convincing 4-0 win over UNC Asheville (Sept. 2).
High School and/or Club Experience: While only playing one year of varsity soccer at Cerritos (she played three years of varsity basketball), she was named a Scholar Athlete and earned the Coaches Award ... played club soccer for the Slammers FC before becoming teammates with Kaylynn Brown on the Arsenal FC ... experienced great success at the club level as she won three state championships, two Region IV Championships, a Manchester United Nike Championship, a Gothia Cup Championship in Sweden and was a National Championship finalist.
