Player Profile – Jimenez’s strengths include her court speed and forehand … she should be a factor in the top-six this season.

2013-14 (Junior) – Split time between No. 5 and No. 6 singles for a second straight year … earned EKU’s lone point in the OVC championship match versus Murray State with a 6-1, 6-4 win at the No. 6 spot … also picked up a straight-set win against Louisville … won six of her final eight singles matches to finish the season … saw limited action at No. 3 doubles, going 3-3 in the spring.

2012-13 (Sophomore) – Rotated the year between No. 5 and No. 6 singles … was in the line-up at No. 6 singles for the OVC and NCAA championships … took all seven of her conference singles matches in straight sets … picked up a three-set win at Miami (Ohio) on Feb. 2 … won the Flight D singles bracket at the Austin Peay Fall Invitational.

2011-12 (Freshman) – She joined the team in the spring … went 5-0 in OVC singles play mainly at the No. 6 position … clinched the OVC championship over UT Martin with a three-set win at No. 5 singles … teamed up with Amandine Faouzi to go 5-0 in OVC doubles at the No. 3 spot.

Off the Court – Reached as high as No. 22 in Mexico’s 18-and-under division … her best ranking in Southern California’s 18-and-under division was No. 14 … also swam and played basketball when she was younger … in her spare time, she enjoys reading and taking pictures … her educational goals are to earn her two degrees and earn a 4.0 GPA this semester.
