Attended Foster High School in Richmond, Texas and played for Ryan Harrison … Helped the Falcons to an 89-23 overall record in her four years … In her senior season, Lindsey helped FHS to a 27-11 record and its second straight appearance in the state tournament, averaging 15.1 points and 11.4 rebounds per game … In 2021-22, Kailani averaged 24 points and 11.6 rebounds per game leading to a state runner-up nod, was named the TXHSAA 1A Player of the Year and Dairy Farmers Player of the Year … In her freshman and sophomore years, Lindsey averaged 24 points per game and 12 rebounds per game while being named District 1A Player of the Year Twice … Won a State Championship her 8th grade year.

Born October 26, 2004 … Parents are Paula Nesbitt and Robert Lindsey … Has four siblings; Derrick, Robert Jr., Marcus, and Kari … Comes from a long lineage of athletes in the family, her father Robert played college football and mother Paula played college basketball, both at Central Florida … Her sister, Kari, played college basketball for West Virginia University and University of Georgia ... Her brother, Marcus, played college basketball for Florida Southwestern … In her spare time she plays video games and being around family ... Kailani chose EKU over Hampton, Kennesaw State, UNC Wilmington, College of Charleston, Army, Stetson, and Mercer … Plans on studying business.
