Diego Asis has won two straight adidas® Ohio Valley Conference Tennis Male Athlete of the Week awards. 
 
The Madrid, Spain native did not lose a single game – in singles or doubles – while helping Eastern Kentucky to a 4-0 victory over Bethune-Cookman.  In doubles, he teamed with Ramon van Flymen for a 6-0 victory at No. 1.  In his No. 4 singles match, Asis dispatched Pablo Lopez 6-0 and 6-0.
 
As of March 15, Asis is 9-1 in singles matches and has an additional eight doubles victories.  He stands a combined 7-0 at No. 5 and No. 6 singles.
