DELAND, Fla. – Host Stetson blanked the Eastern Kentucky University men’s tennis team Tuesday afternoon, 7-0. The Colonels fall to 8-6 while the Hatters improve to 9-3.

Sophomore Alex Das Izquierdo was the only EKU player to win a set against the Stetson squad. Das Izquierdo won the first set at No. 1 singles, but eventually fell in three sets.

Eastern Kentucky concludes its spring break trip tomorrow at Jacksonville. Match time is set for 2 p.m.
